Fenals Garden Hotel - Lloret de Mar

Would recommend for a hurried visit

Comfortable room, helpful staff, the outdoor pool area was lovely with plenty of sun loungers available to relax, and breakfast offered fresh omelettes cooked to order, making mornings a pleasant start.

Reasonably spacious room, all in all had lovely stay.

The hotel was fairly clean and the location was marvellous and absolutely perfect close to a bus station. The staff was efficient and excellent and gave some great recommendations. Location: the property was so close to the surrounding gardens. It was 1 km from Giraffe Stop, offering quick-service food. It offered friendly service and perfect food too.

I liked its good-sized rooms.

The outdoor pool area is spacious with plenty of sunbeds available, making it a great spot for relaxation.

The shower temperature fluctuated between very cold and hot, uncomfortable .

Excellent value for money. Buffet is great and rooms are clean .

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

The cute staff went out of their way to open the restaurant late for us, which was a lifesaver after our long trip, and the room was spacious with all the toiletries we needed. I loved unwinding by the outdoor pool and soaking in the sauna, perfect for relaxation! The only hiccup was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin our stay at all. 😊

Everything was great at this hotel: the location, the rooms, the staff, the excellent catalan cuisine with champagne in the morning, a lot of fruits and see fruits, quiet tourists. The best quality for the hospitality industry!! Bravo!! We shall come back here for sure!

Nothing to complain!

Didn't like the bus station in front of our rooms. 1 bus every 5 minutes. Very noisy. Every 20 minutes an ambulance. Noisy. No isolation between rooms. Noisy... Conclusion: noisy hotel.

Nice clean rooms, but the shower temperature was all over the place.

Friendliness of staff. Unobtrusiveness at mealtimes-no one annoying you to buy drinks. Efficiency of room cleaning service. Comfortable sun loungers & the free provision of towels for the pool. Dinner was real value for money. Fantastic breakfast. Champagne a nice treat!

The hidden extras-you had to pay for the mini fridge & safe in room. Sauna & hot tub were extra. No tea & coffee making facilities in room, as is standard here at home.

small elevators - two people and a big suitcase could hardly get in. if we were going down with the buggy no one else could enter...

The hotel has a lovely bar/lounge area and the staff are friendly. The outdoor pool area is beautifully renovated. The dining experience was disappointing, as the evening meals lacked variety and detail. The Wi-Fi was annoyingly slow, and my room dealt with a lot of noise from a nearby busy roundabout.

It was a lovely hotel that was absolutely spotless! The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent too. Great location and lovely pool.
